Refund policy

We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective items within 30 days after delivery, except for non-returnable items listed below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@solaialabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return address
Please contact us before sending any return. Approved returns must be sent to our designated international returns facility in China. The correct return address and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved. Returns sent to any other address may not be accepted or processed.

Return method
Returns are accepted by mail. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us at hello@solaialabel.com.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@solaialabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your original item has been returned and inspected, we will process the exchange for the requested item, subject to availability. The item being returned must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days for any reason and without justification. This does not apply to items that are exempt from return for hygiene or other legal reasons, including non-returnable items listed above where applicable. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
